1. About Us

Safari Planner is a privately-owned wildlife tourism company based in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, India. We arrange jeep safaris, canter safaris, forest night stays, resort bookings, and tour packages at Jim Corbett National Park.

By making a booking or inquiry with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Services Offered

Private Jeep Safari — Exclusive 6-seater open jeep.
Canter Safari — Shared 16-seat open canter.
Forest Night Stay — Inside Dhikala, Bijrani, or Phanto zones.
Resort Booking — 3-star to 5-star stays near Corbett.
Tour Packages — Stay, meals, safari, and activities.

All bookings are subject to availability and approval by Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve authorities.

3. Booking Process

Provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID)
Pay 50% advance to confirm booking
Share payment screenshot for confirmation

Bookings are confirmed subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

Jeep Safari (Indian): ₹7,500 per jeep
Jeep Safari (Foreign): ₹15,000 per jeep
Canter Safari: ₹2,500 per person

Inclusions: Vehicle, driver, entry fees

Exclusions: Guide fee, meals, transport

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-refundable: All confirmed bookings
No rescheduling allowed after payment
No-show = no refund

Bookings may be modified or cancelled by CTR authorities.

6. Wildlife Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. No refund will be provided if animals are not seen during the safari.

7. Park Rules

No alcohol, pets, or firearms
Do not leave vehicle
No littering or feeding animals
Guide is mandatory

8. Guest Responsibilities

Arrive on time at boarding point
Carry original ID proof
Follow guide and driver instructions

9. Liability

Safari Planner is not responsible for cancellations, accidents, loss, or force majeure events. Entry is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and used only for booking purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Nainital, Uttarakhand.
